Bobby Kinsella
Head Coach
A native of Brockton, Bobby Kinsella spent three seasons as assistant
coach/director of scouting & recruiting for the Sioux City Musketeers
of the USHL. Before that, he spent two years as a scout for the
team.
Kinsella played hockey, football and baseball at New Hampton Prep.
He also played club hockey at the University of Tennessee, where
he studied sports management. After college, he played in Sweden
and Germany's lower divisions, with the goal of getting into player
development, teaching and coaching. He was head coach at Derby Academy
for three seasons before joining the Musketeers as assistant coach.
In Kinsella’s three years as assistant coach, the Musketeers
have had over a half dozen NHL draft picks, including two players
selected in the first round. He has also had over 50 players receive
NCAA Division 1 hockey scholarships. In 2007, Kinsella was selected
to coach the Western Conference All-Stars at the annual USHL All-Star
game. He received that honor again in 2008.
Kinsella has also been involved with USA Hockey’s selection
camps in the Southeastern and Mid – Am districts.

Mike Kelleher
Assistant Coach
Mike comes to the Rangers after serving as an asst coach for Thayer
Academy. Mike brings a wealth of experience to the Jr Rangers. After
a stellar career at Brookline HS, Mike played NCAA hockey at Merrimack
and Salem State College. After College Mike embarked on a pro career
that included stops in the WCHL, ECHL, & Europe. |

Mike Condon
Director of Player Personnel
Mike brings 20 plus years of hockey experience to the Director
of Player Personnel position. He has worked as a coach in the EHF
and Metro Hockey League, most recently as the Head Coach of the
BU Jr. Terriers' AAA Midget team. Mike was the owner and GM of the
Flagstaff Mountaineers Junior Hockey Club of the WSHL, taking them
to the USA Hockey Junior B Nationals 2 years in a row. He worked
as a player agent for a number of years, specializing in European
and Russian players, representing a number of NHL and AHL players.
He lives in Cohasset, MA with his wife and 3 children. |

Mike LeBrun
Head Scout, Assistant Director of Player
Personnel
Mike is our Head Scout and covers the New England region. He also
works as an Assistant Director of Player Personnel. Mike played
his college hockey for the nationally ranked Curry College Colonels
(Division III ECAC Northeast), helping them reach the play-offs
in each of his 4 years there. He received a Bachelors Degree in
Business Management from Curry College and a Masters of Science
in Finance (MSF) Degree from Suffolk University.
Mike’s hockey coaching experience includes 7 years as an assistant
coach with the ‘92’ Bridgewater Bandits AAA of the EHF
and Metro Hockey League, in addition to 3 years as head coach with
New England College Hockey Development.
Mike is a full time senior executive for a real estate private equity
firm located in Boston, MA and resides in Bridgewater, MA with his
wife and two children. |

Brian Eklund
Goaltending Coach
A native of Braintree, Brian Eklund has spent the past 4 years
developing many elite and youth goalies. As owner of Massachusetts
Crease Brian has helped in developing goalies such as Chris Venti
(Boston College), Taylor Anderson (Canicius College), Chanda Gunn
(USA Olympics), and Danielle Murmes (Clarkson University).
Before venturing in coaching Brian played collegiately at Brown
University in Providence MA. During his sophomore year at Brown,
Brian was selected by Tampa Bay (NHL) in the 2000 entry draft. Upon
finishing his degree in Biology Brian signed a contract with Tampa
and spent two years toiling in the minors before being called up
to Tampa in 2004, with the season culminating in a Stanley Cup.
Brian currently resides in Braintree MA with his fiance Kalena. |
